Phil met Regina during her brief employment at the Board of Education in 1993. They struck up an immediate friendship and he promised to come and work with her when he retired, which is what he did.  After a 33 year career as a Masters level special education teacher, educational evaluator, speech teacher and administrator with the Department of Education Phil joined SkyerLaw in 2005.  Phil brings with him extensive experience developing IEPs and placing students in programs to meet their educational needs.  He was always viewed as a child advocate who places the needs of the child above all else.

Phil lives with his wife, a retired special education teacher in Colorado and Nevada but continues to work remotely with us and makes frequent trips into New York.
