Samantha joined Skyerlaw after graduating from Suffolk  University Law School in 2009.  Her interest in child advocacy brought her to law school where she focused primarily on children and family law matters.  While in law school she participated in the Battered Women’s Advocacy Project, a clinical program where she served as an advocate for victims of domestic violence.

Samantha came to us as an intern after her second year of law school in 2008 and returned the following year as an associate and active member of our litigation and appeal team.  Samantha has developed an interest in the federal appeal process and works on all appeals.

She is licensed as an Attorney in both Massachusetts and New York.

Samantha lives in Manhattan and serves as a volunteer with New York Cares.
