INITIAL CONSULTATION

All new clients have a consultation or intake interview with Regina Skyer or one of our senior attorneys.   This appointment lasts for approximately one hour and we ask that a parent bring to this appointment current and relevant assessment materials and the most recent IEP if they have one.

During this important meeting Regina will not only explain the process involved in negotiating through the Department of Education or your local school district but will also make specific program recommendations and referrals to experts.  Our hope is to provide a strategy for maximizing the success of our client’s outcomes.

CASE MANAGERS

Once a client retains our firm they are assigned to an Attorney/Case Manager.  This Attorney quickly becomes familiar with your child’s case and is available to answer questions, explain the process and respond to your concerns.

We encourage clients to email with their Case Managers who will promptly respond to any email question within 48 hours.

Regina oversees all cases and responds promptly to any inquiry via email.  Our commitment to client contact is just part of our overall commitment to our clients and their children.
