Daniel’s passion for special education law was inspired early in life. As the son of a speech pathologist and an admissions director at a school for children with special needs, he witnessed firsthand the profound impact that special education can have on students and their families.
Daniel earned his bachelor’s degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, and his Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. While in law school, he received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for achieving the highest grades in his Objective Legal Writing and Advanced Legal Research courses.
An internship with the legal department at the Pennsylvania School Boards Association sparked Daniel’s interest in special education advocacy and led him to complete both summer and fall internships with Skyer Law. Following graduation from Penn State Dickinson Law in 2023, Daniel joined the firm full-time.
Daniel lives in Brooklyn and enjoys science fiction, spending time with his family, and caring for his dog, Callie.
