Linda Goldman is a seasoned appellate litigator who has devoted nearly 30 years of her career to advocating for clients in the appellate courts. She graduated from law school in 1984 with honors and began her career as Principal Law Clerk to both appellate and trial-level Justices of the New York State Supreme Court. Linda later became a partner at a boutique law firm that served as appellate counsel and trial strategy consultants to leading firms throughout New York City.

In 2006, Linda pursued her passion for film, graduating from film school and going on to co-direct and produce award-winning documentary shorts. She also served as Associate Producer of the feature-length documentary Rethinking Cancer.

Linda is an adjunct professor at New York Law School and a past president of the Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association. She has also served multiple terms as Chair of the Amicus Curiae Committee of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York and as a member of Manhattan’s Community Board 6. Her legal scholarship includes co-authoring Handling Complex Litigation for the treatise Art of Advocacy: Preparation of the Case and contributing as a featured commentator for Direct and Cross-Examination of Medical Experts.

Linda lives in Manhattan with her husband and two daughters.
