Regina Skyer is the Founder and Managing Partner of Skyer Law, where she helps families navigate the special education system and secure appropriate services for their children. Drawing on her earlier career in social work and special education administration, Regina brings both legal expertise and practical understanding to her advocacy. She is a frequent speaker on special education law and the author of How to Survive Turning 5, a guide for parents facing the preschool-to-kindergarten transition.
